All new clients are given additional time at booking for a lengthy consultation. This is in addition to any consultations prior to the appointment. This is to ensure that every new client is fully comfortable with the services being performed and the outcome meets the expectation of the clients wishes.
All Gift Card sales are final
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for parking and settling in to the salon. At the Knot we schedule tightly and your appointment time does not include any of the above. In order to provide the best service for all client’s punctuality is important. If you will be late please let us know as soon as possible. Stylists reserve the right to adjust or reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. We understand that sometimes things happen to cause late arrivals, but in order to keep the schedule running smoothly for all guests sometimes we will not be able to accommodate
All bookings are confirmed via email and text. Please allow 48 hours notice for all cancellations and changes to appointments. Multiple cancellations outside of the 48-hour window or ‘No Shows’, may result in your credit card being charged. Cancellation fee being charged is at the salons digression and can be as high as the cost of the full appointment booked. We are committed to accommodating all clients booking needs, including those who may be on a wait list for an appointment. If we are given proper cancellation it allows us to fill your appointment time with another client who wants to get in. We understand that sometimes things happen, and no one means to miss their appointment. So digression is always used in these instances.
Payments & Gratuity (American Express Not Accepted)
At the Knot, we accept all major credit cards, cash. We do not accept checks for any payment or for gratuities. Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected. We will accept gratuity in all of the above forms of payment.
The Knot Salon reserves the right to cancel/reschedule any appointments due to inclement weather. Please follow The Knot Salon on all social media sites for up to date weather cancellations. If the weather is so bad that we need to reschedule your appointment you will be contacted as soon as possible and given a new appointment as close to your original time/date as can be managed.
Adjustments Post Service
All stylists are trained to provide a lengthy and thorough consultation with every client prior to all chemical, cutting and styling appointments in order to guarantee that each client receives the amazing hair that they are dreaming of!
After each appointment stylists will allow time for styling tips and tricks, discussing at home care to maintain your salon service and give you a walk through of your finished product. If after you leave you decide you want to add to your cut or color service contact the salon as soon as possible to book another appointment. There are no complimentary services post appointment for adjustments. If there is a legitimate need to correct something that may have went wrong during your service and wasn’t noticeable until you got home, the salon will make time for a complimentary correction within the same week of your appointment. No complimentary corrections will be booked after the week of your service has passed. The salon reserves the right to use discretion with all post service requests in order to determine future booking needs.
